Our stay at the hotel was definitely great value for money. The room was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with the Great Bazaar just a 15-minute walk away and two tram stations conveniently nearby. The staff at Prestige Hotel Old City were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us whenever needed.

Location to the Ataturk airport is ok - it takes only 25-30 with the hotel transportation (request in advance). Connected rooms good for a family with 3 children.
The staff doesn't speak good English. The pool was not nice so we didn't use it at all. There was no air conditioning so it was a bit hot and you can't sleep with the window open because of the noice from the streets.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul while exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. Finally, the rooms were clean, with fresh towels and a comfortable double bed.
